Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions prior to booking any type of reading or energy healing with Psychic Starla. When you book and pay for a reading/healing program with Psychic Starla, you are stating that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page, and that you willingly agree to and accept the following:
Services Agreement:
You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You’re not paying Psychic Starla for a product. You’re paying Psychic Starla for her knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and her time. You’re paying Psychic Starla to set aside everything else in her life, clear her schedule and head space to dedicate entirely to you for the duration of your reading and/or healing session. When you order a reading/spiritual service, you are receiving from Psychic Starla a customized, personalized service, not any ordinary product.
Spiritual Readings & Services
1 – You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any readings or spiritual services with Psychic Starla. Psychic Starla will not read or provide services for anyone who she knows to be under the age of 18.2 – Psychic Starla reserves the right to terminate a reading or spiritual service at any time for the following reasons but not limited to:
A. Connection with the client has not been achieved.
B. Client is not psychologically responding to the reading/service in a positive manner and that continuing the reading/spiritual service might harm the client or Starla herself.
C. Client is being aggressive, rude, difficult, threatening, using offensive language towards herself or her business and/or associates, etc.
D. Client is not following the service guidelines or rules that were given to them.
E. Client is not fulfilling payment obligations or payment agreements.
F. Client is participating in a spiritual healing & guidance program, but fails to keep in contact with Starla or with any of her staff. It remains the client's responsibility to keep in contact. Continous missed appointments or lack of communication from the client will not be acceptable. If any calls/texts or attempts to reach out to them is being ignored by client, or they never attempt to contact back by phone, email, text or social media messaging within a timely manner, their case will be closed with no refunds. We will assume that a client has abandoned their case, and it cannot be continued.
G. For any reason that is deemed necessary under her discretion.
*Please note that Psychic Starla will, immediately, report any instances of hate, harassment, threats, slander, defamation, libel, fraud or interference in normal business operations to the appropriate authorities. She will follow through with the necessary legal and practical actions to end any such behavior directed at her or her business.
3 – All information that comes through in a reading by Psychic Starla is given with the understanding that no prediction or information is 100% accurate. She understands your free will to choose your own path and outcome, and also the subtle influence and vibration of psychic and spiritual connections.
4 – The client maintains the responsibility to come into each reading being of sound mind and ability to accept or decline any guidance given, seership predictions, and spiritual communication. *All information given takes into mind that the client will exercise his/her free will in making future decisions.
5 – You understand that all services provided by Psychic Starla are for spiritual and educational purposes only, and there are no guarantees with any service, as your results may vary.
Audio and Video Recordings
Psychic Starla DOES NOT consent to any audio or video recordings of her being made. Doing so without her consent will result in legal action against you for breaking terms and conditions and privacy policies.Refunds
1 – If you miss your allocated time slot for a reading/service, Psychic Starla reserves the right to refuse a refund.2 – If Psychic Starla cancels a reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the reading/service but no refunds.
3 – There are no refunds on all phone, online psychic readings, or readings and services done in-person, once you have made the purchase and received your reading.
4 – If you decide to cancel your reading before your appoinment (and have already paid with credit/debit card), there will be a 10% cancellation fee deducted from the reading cost to process your refund back to the payment method used.
5 – Spiritual Healing & Guidance Programs such as reiki, chakra balancing, distance energy work, relationship repair, twin flame coaching/healing, manifestation/law of attraction coaching, aura cleansing or other types of faith healing and spiritual services, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED WHATSOEVER after your purchase (even if you decide to cancel/cease services). Please note of this before making any purchases from Psychic Starla as this policy is non-negotiable.
6 - You will not receive a refund if your service is terminated by Psychic Starla.
Confidentiality
Psychic Starla is highly respected for her integrity. Any personal information you disclose is held as confidential and will never be traded, sold, or rented to any third-party. Psychic Starla will not use the real names of clients in her writing (blog/social media). Psychic Starla will only disclose personal information without consent if legally required to do so.Indemnification
You agree to hold Psychic Starla completely and absolutely blameless and indemnify Psychic Starla, her business, practice, associates, suppliers, and website from all possible losses, liabilities, and/or damages that may arise from the use of Psychic Starla’s services and website. You understand that any use of Psychic Starla's services is at your own risk. Psychic Starla cannot be held responsible for any outcomes that you may or may not experience if you seek out her services, instead of seeking out a professional help for your needs.Disclaimer
