Thank you for choosing Psychic Starla. By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services Agreement

All payments are for professional spiritual services and not physical goods. Your payment reserves Psychic Starla's professional time, preparation, experience, and individualized attention. Every service is custom prepared for each client.

Spiritual Services

1. Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Psychic Starla reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or terminate services at her sole discretion, including but not limited to abusive behavior, policy violations, failure to maintain communication, non-payment, or any circumstance affecting the integrity or safety of the business.
3. Psychic readings, intuitive guidance, spiritual coaching, and energy healing are spiritual and faith-based services intended for personal insight and self-reflection. No prediction, message, metaphysical healing session, or intuitive impression is guaranteed. Individual experiences and results will vary.
4. Clients remain solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Audio & Video Recording

Sessions are confidential. Audio recording, video recording, photography, screen recording, or redistribution of session content is prohibited without written permission.

Refund Policy

1. Missed or late appointments may be forfeited.
2. If Psychic Starla must reschedule, a replacement appointment will be offered.
3. All sales are final. Readings, coaching, consultations, and energy healing services are non-refundable.
4. No refund will be issued if services are terminated because these Terms have been violated.

Confidentiality

Client information is treated as confidential and will never be sold. Information is disclosed only where required by law.
